Right of withdrawal:
In accordance with current regulations, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to justify the reason.
To exercise this right, the customer must clearly communicate their decision within the legal timeframe.
Conditions for accepting returns
For a return to be accepted, the product must:
• Be in perfect condition
• Not having been used beyond what is necessary to verify its nature
• Keep the original packaging and accessories, if any.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refund procedure
Once the returned product has been received and its condition verified, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used in the initial purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
The refund will be issued within a reasonable timeframe after the return is accepted. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on the part of the store.
Legal exclusions
The right of withdrawal will not apply, among other legally provided cases, to:
• Products customized or manufactured according to customer specifications
• Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once unsealed
• Goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly
